The Director will play a key leadership role, managing a talented creative team and collaborating with various stakeholders to amplify marketing initiatives. We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in enrollment marketing or marketing management within higher education. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with expertise in working effectively with diverse communities. The perfect fit will have a solid record of team management, proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications, and a keen interest in current marketing trends and technologies. Responsibilities also include partnering across campus to generate compelling content that upholds our brand message from prospective student to alumnus.
