Director of Undergraduate Admissions - University of St. Francis : Job Details

The Director of Undergraduate Admissions position is directly responsible for planning targeted strategies, oversight of recruitment events, and the supervision, coaching, mentoring and training of counselor staff to achieve enrollment goals as well as being responsible for the development and implementation of recruitment and admissions strategies to meet quality and quantity standards for new undergraduate student populations including freshman and transfer students. This position will also manage a caseload of prospective students with the goal of moving them through the admission process, consisting of: lead generation and converting on-campus prospective student inquiries to applicants, and ultimately to enrolled students; visit high schools and community colleges; attend regional college fairs representing USF; and build relationships with high school guidance and community college counselors and appropriate academic and non-academic departments.
