About the Role

The Company is excited to invite applications for the Director of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) group. This is a key leadership position, where you will lead and execute financial due diligence engagements for both private equity and corporate clients. Your expertise will drive the growth of the business and foster a culture of mentorship for junior team members, all while maintaining the firm's strong reputation for excellence in the middle market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing financial due diligence across various industries
• Analyzing financial performance
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborating with deal teams, tax advisors, and legal counsel to deliver integrated solutions
• Contributing to business development efforts

The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in transaction advisory services, financial due diligence, or related fields, with a demonstrated history of leading complex engagements and managing client relationships effectively. A profound understanding of middle market dynamics and deal structures is critical. Candidates are encouraged to hold a CPA, CFA, or MBA, and exhibit strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
