Description

Clemson University, a top public research university, is seeking a Director of Ticket Operations & Systems. This role oversees ticketing operations for men's basketball and secondary responsibilities for football, managing revenue growth, fan experience, and operational excellence. The position manages two full-time staff and requires expertise in ticketing systems, customer service, and strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • System Management (40%): Serve as the expert on the Archtics ticket software, train staff, manage season setup, online sales, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ticket Operations Oversight (25%): Lead ticketing for men's basketball and other sports, ensure smooth game-day operations, and travel to out-of-town events as needed.
  • Strategic Sales & Communications (15%): Supervise season ticket renewals, collaborate with marketing, and research new sales opportunities.
  • Customer Service & Supervision (15%): Manage, train, and evaluate staff, handle inquiries, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Other Duties (5%): Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
    • Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5+ years of relevant work experience
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Master's Degree
    • Experience in ticket sales, customer service, and technical ticketing components
