About the Role
We're hiring a Director of Tennis, Soccer & Golf to lead StubHub's Direct Issuance partnerships across global soccer clubs, tennis tournaments, and golf tours. This role focuses on developing direct inventory partnerships with professional teams, leagues, and event organizers—spanning iconic clubs, international tournaments, and emerging properties in each sport. You'll manage the full partnership lifecycle: identifying targets, building relationships, negotiating terms, and closing deals. This is a relationship-first role requiring frequent travel to matches, tournaments, and events across the U.S. and internationally. You will report to the Head of Sports Partnerships and help scale StubHub's inventory access across three global sports markets.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) – New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA.
What You'll DoThe anticipated gross base pay range is $200,000—$250,000 USD, with actual compensation varying by qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base salary is one component of StubHub's total compensation and benefits, which also includes equity and other benefits.
