We are seeking an experienced Director of Technology Operations to take on a vital leadership role within our firm. You will play a key role in shaping our technology practice, leading transactions from the pitch to the close, and demonstrating a proven track record of success in the investment banking industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network and excellent client-facing skills across diverse tech verticals, including SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, and IT services.

Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in investment banking, with at least a Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
