The organization is looking for a dynamic Director of Teacher Development and Academics for Grades 5-8 Humanities. Applicants should possess a Master's degree in education or a related field, with a preference for a Doctorate, and have a minimum of 7-10 years in education, including at least 5 years focused on teacher development. You will need to be skilled in modeling instructional practices, providing timely, constructive feedback, and adept at recognizing talent in teachers. Embracing both adult and child perspectives in education is crucial, along with a readiness to work in a supportive and caring yet high-expectation environment.
