Director of Tax Compliance & Reporting - Corporate Accounting - Wesbanco : Job Details

Directs all federal, state, and local tax compliance functions of the corporation and its affiliates. Responsible for Accounting for Income and non-income taxes. Works in tandem with the Director of Finance and Tax Planning to identify, implement and maintain tax efficiencies. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job currently includes some shared supervisory responsibilities on property, tangible property, and B&O filings by providing guidance to Accounting staff during the preparation of statements. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsible for evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, and assisting with hiring, coaching, and training employees.
