Director of Talent Acquisition - Kintegra Health : Job Details

The Director, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for all recruitment efforts within the organization. They are also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. They are responsible for the entire talent acquisition lifecycle for both Kintegra and STLC and will oversee the Student Placement program. Experience: Eight years of previous Talent Acquisition Management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Additional skills: Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook) and internet. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hands on experience with ATS systems (preferably ADP). Strong team management skills. Excellent customer service and follow-up skills. Previous experience in passive recruiting. Familiarity with the roles and functions common to ambulatory care settings.
