Director of Talent Acquisition - CityVet : Job Details

Duties - Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team including recruiting, sourcing, and campus functions - Partner with operations leaders to understand recruiting needs and deliver tailored strategies for different markets - Develop and execute hiring plans to support company growth and workforce planning - Oversee all aspects of the recruiting process, from job postings and sourcing to interviewing and selection - Partner with Marketing to strengthen CityVet's employer brand and drive candidate interest through events, digital media, and outreach - Monitor and improve the candidate experience across every stage of the process - Leverage data to assess recruiting effectiveness, identify opportunities, and drive results - Support selection and implementation of recruiting systems, tools, and technology (Sourcing, ATS, CRM, reporting tools, etc.) - Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable laws and support a consistent, compliant process - Manage talent acquisition...Talent Acquisition, Talent, Director, Acquisition, Recruiting, Animal Care, Business Services, Support
