About the Role

The organization is actively seeking a dynamic Director of Supply Chain Operations to drive the strategic and tactical aspects of sourcing, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and inventory control. In this pivotal role, you will manage a significant annual spend and develop innovative sourcing strategies to align with our company's mission and goals.

You will lead a dedicated procurement team, enhance operational processes, and ensure both the quality and cost-effectiveness of goods and services. Building and nurturing relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable agreements, and ensuring full compliance with regulations will be key elements of your responsibility.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, with an MBA or master's degree preferred, and a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) certification is also highly desired. You should possess over 10 years of sourcing experience at a Director level, especially in food and beverage and general goods and services.

This role demands outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the P&L for purchasing and warehouse cost centers and will be expected to travel occasionally to various properties.

Your leadership will be instrumental in propelling the company's future success as you optimize supply chain performance while fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.
