What You'll Do:
As Director of Operations, you'll oversee and optimize our entire supply chain, fulfillment, inventory, and logistics operations. You will be a key member of the leadership team, ensuring our products move seamlessly from production to table—all while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across logistics, supply chain, warehousing, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners, including negotiation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee domestic and international shipping, import/export compliance, and freight strategy.
- Forecast and manage inventory to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and reducing holding costs.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to support product launches, seasonal flows, and promotions.
- Establish and track KPIs for operational efficiency, cost management, and service-level performance.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and scalability as the company expands.
- Develop and manage the Operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor a small but growing operations team.
- Must have extensive knowledge of all of Walmart's Logistics to make sure we are compliant. Experience working with Macy's, Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, etc. is a plus.

Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics; at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) relationships, preferably in the home, lifestyle, or consumer goods category.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems, demand planning, and ERP tools.
- Experience with international freight, customs, and compliance.
- Data-driven decision maker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (MBA a plus).
