Compensation: $170,000 - $180,000

The Director of Supply Chain has/is:

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain within the CPG industry
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
• Proven track record in fast-scaling environments, including contract manufacturing and vendor management
• Skilled in production planning, cost control, and budgeting to drive operational efficiency
• Data-driven, with strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities
• Experienced in leading and developing teams across supply chain functions
• Adaptable and resourceful, thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
