Director of Student Success - Central State University : Job Details

The full-time Director of Student-Athlete Success position reports to the Associate AD for Internal Operations and responsibilities include, but are not limited to creating and implementing detailed plans of action for student-athletes considered academically at-risk, coordinating team study hall, organizing, and implementing individualized academic plans, developing, and assessing academic advising services need by CSU student-athletes as such services relate to NCAA progress towards degree requirements and established institutional requirements, participate in NCAA eligibility certification. This position also creates connections between student-athletes, staff, and university services.
