About the Role

Join our team as the Director of Student Health Services, a vital position seeking a dynamic and visionary leader who is passionate about student well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a medical degree with a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, or a master's or doctoral degree in a related field with at least 5 years of progressive leadership in health services or university programs. Strong organizational skills, fiscal management, and human resource expertise are essential.

This position requires deep cultural competence, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to working with diverse populations. Experience in fund development, knowledge of healthcare economics, and familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices are highly valued.
