The Director of Student Engagement, Leadership & Service is responsible for fosteringessential social relationships, cultivating community, and developing leadership skillsthrough involvement with Trine Student Government, various student organizations,and service opportunities in the Trine community. The Director of Student Engagement,Leadership & Service reports to the Vice President for Student Affairs / Dean of Students.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Student Engagement, Leadership & Service will possess exceptional customer service and organizational abilities, enabling them to expertly handle multiple projects and cultivate productive relationshipswith both students and colleagues. This role demands adaptability in scheduling, which may involve some evening and weekend hours. We value an enthusiastic outlook, excellent communication skills, a professionally positive social media presence, and strong interpersonal aptitude. The Director of Student Engagement, Leadership & Service has the responsibility toperform the following:
Must possess a valid driver's license, have experience and skill working with computers—preferredexperience in software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jenzabar/EX, Slate.Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
