Position Overview

The institution is looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Student Advising, Testing, Career, and Transfer Services. This key leadership role is essential for driving our vision of increasing student engagement, retention, and completion rates. You will be responsible for integrating and enhancing the advising, testing, career, and transfer services while developing innovative strategies to foster student success.

Your role will involve designing and implementing outreach activities, coordinating integrated services, and overseeing a dedicated team to ensure the delivery of exceptional, data-informed programs. Collaboration with academic affairs, admissions, and enrollment management will be vital to embedding comprehensive career and transfer advisement into the overall student experience.

Key Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in academic advisement, preferably within a community college environment.
• A strong track record in supervisory and management roles.
• Experience with student record and information systems.
• Solid understanding of best practices in academic advising.
• A commitment to equity-minded practices and using data to guide decisions.
