Director of Strategy - M. A. Mortenson Company : Job Details

The Director of Strategy will perform a critical role as part of the strategic planning and development team in the discovery of new markets and partners, as well as the development of select business opportunities. This person will serve an active role in various corporate-wide strategic initiatives and apply structured problem solving to a variety of business issues, in close cooperation with executive leadership and Operating Group leaders. RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a thought leader and champion for fact-based and analytical problem solving. Provide frameworks that influence Mortensons decision-makers and shape its long-term direction. Lead multiple engagements simultaneously, driving workflows and communication regularly with stakeholders, especially the executive team.
