• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing data-backed insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop practice areas, methodologies, and thought leadership content.
• Identify new service opportunities and support business development.
• Implement best practices for operational excellence and mentor team members.

• 10+ years in supply chain strategy, consulting, or operations with a focus on analytics.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with large data sets and modeling.
• Experience in developing methodologies and scaling practice areas.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel (advanced), SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Proven success in managing projects and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder influence skills.
• Background in management consulting or supply chain leadership preferred.
• MBA in Supply Chain & Finance or related field preferred.
