Role and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Sr. Director II, Strategy and Operations for National Retail/Strategic Accounts, the Director, Strategy & Analytics will be a strategic leader helping to define the strategic vision, driving data-driven decision-making and execution across the Strategic Accounts & National Retail Account organization. This role will lead a team focused on analyzing market and customer trends, defining strategies, and monitoring key initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Director will also ensure timely data flow for management decisions, prepare internal and customer-facing briefs, and set agendas. Leveraging strong selling, influencing, and storytelling skills, this leader will persuade executives and drive positive change at the highest levels.
