Director of Strategic Pursuits — Princeton, New Jersey. Salary to $200,000. Opportunity to take on an impactful role at a global Technical Consultancy that offers a full range of perks and benefits.

As a Director of Strategic Pursuits, you will collaborate with clients and the senior leadership team to design and present solutions that effectively address the clients challenges and present clear value to meet business objectives, ensuring the proposals are both strategic and client centric. You will conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscapes and market dynamics, collaborating with account managers and delivery leads to create tailored, insight-driven value propositions including executive summaries, solution descriptions and commercial models in visually compelling decks.

Location: Princeton, New Jersey office 3-4 days a week with some flexibility to work from home.

• You have strong management consulting experience including strategy and proposal creation for clients; MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) experience preferred
• You have experience of working with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical teams
• You're able to learn quickly about new industries and business challenges
• You have the proven ability to engage effectively with clients to uncover and understand their specific business needs
• You are MBA or Master's degree educated
• You're collaborative with excellent communication skills
• You are a US citizen or hold the right to work in the US without restriction
