Headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida, we are building a reputation for results-driven execution and long-term partnerships.Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing, well-connected Director of Strategic Growth to lead new business efforts with biotech and sponsor partners. This is a revenue-generating, externally facing role ideal for someone with deep industry connections and a proven ability to drive clinical trial partnerships from concept to close.You'll be the engine behind our next phase of expansion—originating, developing, and securing new opportunities while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure delivery success.Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and close new clinical trial partnerships with biotech and sponsor organizations
• Leverage your existing network to accelerate opportunity development and reduce the sales cycle
• Own the full BD lifecycle—from prospecting and pitching to contracting and onboarding
• Align with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure delivery feasibility and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting metrics
• Represent Prestige Clinical Research at industry conferences, events, and networking forums
• Contribute to strategic planning for long-term growth and business scalability

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years in business development, sponsor partnerships, or commercial roles within a CRO, SMO, biotech, or pharma company
• Demonstrated ability to close new business in clinical trial services
• Strong relationships with small- to mid-sized biotech sponsors
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, self-starting approach
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder with industry credibility
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Remote-friendly, with hybrid flexibility if near Coral Gables, FL
