Leadership, Evaluation, and Management. Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to Special Programs District team members. Set clear expectations and goals for special programs team members, ensuring alignment with the District strategic plan. Support school administrative teams in creating collaborative and equitable learning environments for students and staff. Foster positive and collaborative opportunities among school leaders, promoting professional growth and development. Support Campus Directors and special programs team members to provide high-quality professional development and other content implementation strategies, and the integration of data analysis to improve the effectiveness of instruction. Conduct regular evaluations of Special Programs team members performance and progress, providing constructive feedback, support, and identified areas for improvement.
