Position Summary:
The Spa Director oversees the daily operations of the spa, wellness, and recreation facilities, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role is responsible for team leadership, business strategy, financial performance, and compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all spa and wellness operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic plans, packages, and promotions to drive revenue and market positioning.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing spa team aligned with company values and service standards.
Monitor and maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Oversee spa memberships and guest access policies.
Ensure adherence to ISO standards, local legislation, and internal SOPs.
Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in beauty, wellness, or related field.
8–10 years of experience in luxury hotel spas or independent spa management.
Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 standards is a plus.
