Role & Responsibilities
Develop a vision and strategy that differentiates Healthfirst on our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, YouTube), aligned with the companys brand, reputation and business goals
Define annual objectives for social media channels and measurement plan
Lead content strategy to support key initiatives (e.g., marketing acquisition campaigns, community programs, business and leadership news, etc.) with exceptional writing and content development skills
Lead the strategy and execution of social media campaigns (paid and organic)
Manage all social media content calendars and will be responsible for the proactive ideation and creation of content
Oversee monthly, and quarterly analytics reporting, providing clear insights to working teams, setting realistic project goals, and creating up-to-date benchmarking
Work cross-functionally to support teams including Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Government Relations
Work closely with Creative and Production teams, ensuring our brand voice is consistent and collaborating to advance content that is visually engaging
Continuously improve content concepts and social media strategies by analyzing content performance metrics, evaluating the competitive social and digital landscape, and embracing the latest features across various digital platforms
Inform the broader team on evolving best practices, trends and opportunities across all social media platforms that will influence other communications channels
Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with media partners, such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google/YouTube, and more
Continuously monitor social media for community management opportunities
Manage 1-2 direct reports
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital, business or health/science-related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of demonstrated social media experience in a highly regulated industry
3-5 years of management experience
Proven success writing for social and online audiences and track record of results
Strong interpersonal skills: experience working across matrixed organizations to inform and produce content
Hands-on experience creating social media campaigns and optimizing performance
Deep understanding of key short-term and long-term KPIs and measuring social success
Data-first thinker with a pulse on whats working, whats not and the ability to explain why and collaborate on improvement as needed
Strong curiosity and interest in continuous learning and staying up to date on online trends and audience behavior
Video production experience and familiarity with editing and creator tools for social platforms
Deep understanding of key short-term and long-term KPIs and measuring social success
Strong organization skills and ability to balance attention to detail while staying focused on the big picture
Self-starter; ability to advance strategy independently
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and excellent judgement
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in communications, marketing, digital, business or health/science-related field or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience managing social media strategy and execution in a highly regulated industry
7 years of management experience
Experience with corporate communications
Agency experience
