General Summary of Position:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales Recruiting to join our team. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales recruiting strategy, strengthening our regional sales teams through the acquisition of top talent, and fostering a culture of growth and development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management and sales leaders to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet all sales staffing needs.
  • Lead a team of recruiters, setting performance goals, monitoring progress, and providing feedback, coaching, and career development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and influential professionals in the industry to create a strong network.
  • Ensure that recruiting processes align with current laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, HR, compensation, and onboarding, to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with sales leaders and hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Monitor and analyze sales hiring metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage recruiting vendor contract relationships with LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Monster, and Handshake.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's employer brand and increase visibility through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and career fair events.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of sales roles, sales methodologies, and the sales industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Thorough understanding of sales roles, requirements, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to HR and recruitment.
