The Director, Sales Planning & Strategy leads WIFIs Sales Planning function to deliver exceptional Order Fill Rates and Forecast Accuracy, directly driving enterprise-wide Customer Service Index (CSI) performance. As a strategic change agent, this role collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Whole Bird Analytics, and Category Management to elevate planning excellence through the S&OP process. This leader also manages Joint Business Planning with key customers, shapes responses to RFPs, and fosters a culture of disciplined commercial execution. The salary range for this position is $143,000 - $215 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).
