This role is responsible for maximizing revenue streams across Rooms, Food & Beverage, meetings, events, and catering, while driving occupancy growth, increasing market share, and enhancing brand awareness in both local and national markets. You will oversee a high-performing sales and catering team, collaborate closely with operations, revenue management, and ensure all advertising, promotions, social media, public relations, and digital strategies align with the hotels business objectives and exceed guest expectations.
