Director of Sales - Hersha Hospitality Management LP : Job Details

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and managing all hotel sales activities, driving revenue, and developing strategic partnerships to ensure optimal occupancy and profitability. This position plays a key leadership role in setting and achieving the hotel's revenue goals, while maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and group business sources. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize hotel revenue across all market segments including corporate, leisure, group, and transient. Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue key accounts through direct sales efforts, cold calling, networking, and client entertainment. Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments to adjust strategies as needed.
