Director of Sales We are seeking a seasoned, results-driven Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy for the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel. This leadership position plays a vital role in driving revenue through group, corporate, and airline segments. With 31 meeting rooms, extensive banquet and catering operations, and a prime airport location, this role requires deep sales experience, strategic oversight, and immediate impact. What Youll Do: Drive Group Sales: Develop and execute plans to capture and grow high-yield group business. Group business is the top revenue priority. Client Development: Build and maintain relationships with corporate and airline clients, the hotels primary target segments. Catering & Banquets: Oversee strategy and collaboration with banquet and catering teams for smooth execution of large-scale events.
