You'll be responsible for shaping the strategy, hiring exceptional talent, creating scalable processes, and owning revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role..Responsibilities And Impact

  • Lead, mentor, and grow an exceptional sales team, setting a high-performance culture.
  • Build scalable sales processes and a repeatable playbook for predictable revenue generation.
  • Drive strategy to transition from mid-market focus to successfully closing larger and enterprise-level deals.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product leadership to align GTM strategy and refine messaging.
  • Set sales KPIs, implement robust forecasting, and report performance to the executive team.
  • Personally lead and close key strategic opportunities while coaching the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in ERP, fintech, or other complex SaaS platforms.
  • Experience in Series A–C startups, ideally during go-to-market scale-up.
