Head of Global GTM Recruitment | MarTech, AdTech & Data

They're seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join their rapidly growing GTM team!

• Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team, driving revenue targets and pipeline accuracy
• Develop scalable sales strategies for SaaS and services, focusing on outbound prospecting and collaboration with key teams
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking, forecasting, and analyzing team performance to improve sales outcomes
• Foster an energetic, results-driven team environment aligned with company culture and innovation

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in SaaS sales, subscription models, and key metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC)
• 3 - 5+ years leading high-growth sales teams, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Data-driven leader with strong analytical skills and Salesforce proficiency
• $150K base + bonus
