We're seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to lead our sales team, cultivate top performers, drive multimillion-dollar bids (e.g., grocery, retail, restaurant chains), and ensure consistent growth, replicating the success of our top salesperson, who generates $2.5M–$3M annually.

  • Lucrative Pay: $1,320/week base ($68,640/year) + Estimated $28.5K+ commission, with potential to earn over $100K total.

Who We're Looking For:
  • 5+ Years Sales Management Experience in industrial services, HVAC, or related fields.
  • Proven success managing statewide or national chain accounts.
  • Formal sales and management training, coaching skills for multimillion-dollar results.
  • Experience closing high-value, multi-location deals with chains like Walmart, McDonald's.
  • Ability to identify and address underperformance, develop top talent.
  • Strong marketing understanding to maximize lead generation.
  • Leadership skills to motivate teams and foster accountability.
  • Technical aptitude for HVAC, exhaust, ansul systems, and new technologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and territory management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive weekly sales quotas and oversee team performance.
  • Coach and mentor salespeople, improve underperformers.
  • Manage territories, commissions, and client assignments.
  • Analyze wins/losses and implement improvements.
  • Optimize marketing efforts for lead generation.
  • Promote the Action Duct brand in all sales activities.
  • Accurately track and report sales data.
