Director of Sales - Intelligent Water Solutions - Mueller Water Products : Job Details

For the position include:Overall sales leadership responsibility for sales targets for the overseen product lines, by achieving growth results through sales management and representatives. Ownership of a small portion of direct sales for first-hand knowledge of strategies and directives being implemented for assigned groups. Developing and Executing a Commercial Strategy for the product portfolio in partnership with the Product Management team. Extensive travel throughout the U.S. and Canada, with a travel target of 50%. A small amount of international travel may be required. Understanding clients needs, and designing solutions with Mueller technologies and services. Establishing and maintaining relationships with leadership-level customers, agents, distributors & other Mueller sales channels. Mentoring and developing the assigned Sales personnel. Providing negotiating and closing assistance with large orders and/or highly visible sales.
