Our Institutional Group focuses on structured finance solutions for larger and more complex portfolios, offering tailored capital for acquisition, refinance, portfolio recapitalization, and transitional bridge financing. We work directly with institutional clients, family offices, funds, and high-volume sponsors, as well as through strategic broker and correspondent relationships.

Position Overview:We are looking for a driven, high-performing Director of Sales to accelerate the growth of our Institutional Group at LendingOne. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on sourcing new business, building lasting relationships with institutional and middle-market investors, and driving deals from introduction to close. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be a key force in expanding LendingOne's reach—originating and structuring complex real estate debt solutions, opening new channels, and deepening engagement with key investment partners. This role is ideal for a seasoned individual contributor with deep expertise in institutional real estate finance and the ability to work cross-functionally to move deals from concept to close.
