Director of Restaurants - Cloister (Salary/Exempt) - Sea Island Resort : Job Details

Directly supervise the Front of House outlets operation and leadership teams - Ensure full leadership coverage throughout Cloister F&B outlets daily - Contributes to making efforts for the Cloister with regards to member's programs and special functions - Complies with operating and capital budgets and financial plans - Continually monitors performance in relationship to financial goals - Reviews and develops pricing policies - Works with Resort Controller to audit biannual competition studies and recommend changes in pricing structure - Guides, Coaches, Counsels, Develops, and Inspires direct reports in a leadership role which promotes teamwork and maximum productivity - Works closely with Human Resources Training Department to monitor the Food and Beverage managers with interact programs - Interview, hire, train, discipline, and coordinate terminations when necessary for all Cloister food and beverage employees - Plans professional growth and development of subordinates, including th...Director, Restaurant, Beverage Manager, Hotel, Leadership
