In this key leadership role, you will oversee the overall operating performance, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial success of the property. Your collaborative work with management, marketing, and operational departments will be crucial in delivering exceptional resort experiences.

Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and coordinating the operations of various departments, such as Rooms Division, Star Service, Catering and Conference Management, and Food and Beverage, adhering to the company's high service standards and budgetary guidelines. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a four-star or four-diamond city-center property, along with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. A proven track record of achieving outstanding profit and guest service-related goals is essential.

This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a unionized labor environment. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the hotel's annual operating budget, monitoring financial performance to keep the property competitive in the market, and participating actively in community service projects.
