Director of Resort Maintenance - The Marcus Corporation : Job Details

Maintain all buildings, physical plant, all interior spaces and contents to the highest degree of safety and appearance in order to maximize lifetime of all. Essential Functions - Oversee the daily operations of the engineering department - Administrative duties to include daily payroll edits, writing and administering all associate performance evaluations, coaching / counseling of associates, and scheduling of staff - Provide training opportunities for engineering team to ensure current skill set - Set up and administer the preventative maintenance of all areas- Ensure effective work control and productivity- Prepare employee evaluations- Organize and ensure department budget controls- Assist with the development of the property operations budget- Assist with the development of the capital improvement budget- Ensure guest request service time and follow-up- Utility budget/conservation- Active participant in property wide safety committee - Ensure all safety related matters are correct...Director, Maintenance, Operations, Property Management, Budget
