A fast-growing developer of personal care products is seeking an inspired, forward-thinking R&D Manager to join their leadership team.

This role is all about innovation — driving the creation of groundbreaking formulations, pioneering new technologies, and turning bold ideas into market-ready products. You'll lead the charge on product development while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver what's next.

$150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

• Lead the development and formulation of high-performing personal care products
• Identify and integrate emerging technologies, ingredients, and trends into the innovation pipeline
• Partner with executive leadership on strategy, risk/benefit analysis, and long-term product roadmaps
• Collaborate closely with Process Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure seamless scale-up
• Present new products and concepts to clients to drive engagement and market growth
• Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing R&D team
• Deliver measurable business impact through innovation-driven revenue growth

• BS/MS in a scientific discipline
• 10+ years of hands-on R&D experience in a high-volume contract manufacturing or fast-paced development environment
• A track record of driving innovation from concept to launch
• Proven leadership, team-building, and departmental management experience
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
