Under the supervision of the Senior Vice President of Finance, the Director of Reporting & Data Analytics will be responsible for transforming data into actionable information, streamlining processes, reconciling data across systems, developing ad hoc reports, and documenting processes. Responsibilities include maintaining the organization's client schema with a vendor-managed data warehouse, creating custom queries, tables, views, stored procedures, and implementing ad hoc data loads. The role involves developing reports and interactive dashboards for publishing on reporting portals and videoboards, with an emphasis on data visualization using Tableau. Additionally, the candidate will utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to analyze Season Renewals and develop predictive/retention models across all sports. Maintaining up-to-date documentation of database structures and processes, automating new processes and reporting, and supporting efficient business operations across units are also key responsibilities. The role includes maintaining robust reporting models for tracking fundraising progress and budget-to-actuals.

Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: At least two (2) years as a management or business analyst, including experience with statistical modeling and analysis using Tableau, Tableau Prep Builder, and at least one other BI tool; database programming and design with SQL; building and maintaining ETL processes with SSIS; proficiency in Python and R; experience with machine learning; familiarity with Paciolan ticket and fundraising systems.
