Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

Our client, a children's clothing brand, is seeking a Director of Replenishment to join their team.

**required to be in office 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Prepare & distribute daily and weekly replenishment reports
• Analysis of consumer behavior for both ecommerce and brick & morter
• Build out dashboards in Power BI to monitor KPIs
• Build and maintain forecasting and replenishment models
• Analyze store level business and inventory flow to drive sales, improve in-stock and optimize turn
• Analyze datasets across POS, supply chain, and e-commerce platforms
• Focus on improving product availability, sales velocity, and margin
• Formulate business strategies using historical and current trend analysis
• Work cross-functionally with data teams to improve metrics and data architecture
• Drive analysis to anticipate shifts in demand
• Consistent evaluation of behavior and trends to assist with buying and replenishment strategies

Requirements:

• 7-9+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, or statistics
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Highly proficient in Power BI, SQL, Python and Excel
• Experience working with shopper data or clickstream analysis
• Forecasting experience
• Experience with Retail Link, Oracle RPAS, or ERP systems is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
