Who You'll Lead:You'll oversee a successful, high-impact renovations team responsible for estimating and executing residential projects. You'll coach Estimators, support the Ops Manager, and drive performance across the board-all while improving efficiency, client satisfaction, and team collaboration.
What You'll Do:- Sales & Team Leadership - Develop and inspire Renovation Estimators. Drive accountability, sales performance, and a positive team culture.
- Process Optimization - Streamline how projects move from estimate to execution. Cut downtime and increase margins.
- Customer Experience - Own the homeowner journey from initial contact to final walk-through-ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.
- Team Development & Onboarding - Build a strong bench. Train new hires. Encourage growth, learning, and performance at every level.
- Vendor & Trade Partner Management - Maintain and strengthen subcontractor relationships to support project success.
- Culture & Collaboration - Make rules feel like pathways-not roadblocks. Build a culture where people thrive, and the team wins together.

Who We're Looking For:- A proven sales leader with 5+ years of experience managing people and performance in a fast-paced environment.
- A builder at heart- someone who sees beyond the role-treating it like running their own business, with a focus on profit, performance, and continuous improvement.
- A culture shaper who uses structure to empower, not micromanage
- An exceptional communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in construction or renovations is helpful, but not required-basic knowledge and a strong aptitude to learn is plenty
