Rose Haven Nursing Center, part of the Volare Health network, is seeking an experienced and dynamic therapist to lead our rehabilitation department as Director of Rehabilitation. About the Role: As the Director of Rehabilitation (Center Rehabilitation Manager), you will oversee the daily operations of our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams. You will lead staffing efforts, manage clinical services, ensure compliance, and support both patient care and program goals. You will also provide hands-on therapy services within your licensed discipline as needed. Qualifications:

• Licensed and certified in PT, OT, or ST (as required by state and federal law)
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience as a practicing therapist
• Prior management experience (or approval by Administrator and Regional Rehab Director)
