Director of Regional Sales and Implementation - North Carolina

Position Overview: The Director of Regional Sales and Implementation is responsible for driving the integration of CRG products into public safety organizations within the assigned region. This role combines strategic sales leadership, project management, and client engagement to ensure successful implementation and adoption of CRG solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop a deep understanding of the assigned region and create strategies to integrate CRG products within public safety operations.

● Lead and manage end-to-end CRG customer projects, overseeing planning, scope, requirements, schedules, communication, risk management, and budgets.

● Deliver presentations and demonstrations of CRG products to prospective clients, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

● Design and deliver training programs and implementation presentations, including courses, seminars, tabletop exercises, and large-scale exercises.

● Develop and implement tools and systems to measure and enhance the effectiveness of Collaborative Response Graphics.

● Build and refine processes and systems to optimize CRG performance and standardize operational activities.

● Collaborate with CRG management to define strategic direction for product offerings, marketing initiatives, partnerships, and new product or service development.

● Monitor industry trends and competitor products to maintain CRG's position as a leader in visual planning solutions for public safety.

● Create standardized administrative tools, including spreadsheets and forms, to improve operational efficiency.

● Prepare proposals and applications for business opportunities, including grant submissions.

● Follow up with prospective clients who have received proposals but not yet committed to purchase.

● Provide weekly and monthly status reports on key projects to senior management.

● Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships that support CRG objectives and drive sales growth.

● Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
