Director of Recruitment - Nemacolin Woodlands Resort : Job Details

Lead and manage all executive-level recruitment efforts for key leadership roles across the resort and hotel property. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and build strong talent pipelines for high-impact leadership positions. Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, executive search firms, and hospitality networks to enhance the organization's visibility and appeal to top talent. Partner closely with the executive team and department heads to understand hiring needs, align recruitment efforts with organizational goals, and influence talent strategy. Provide innovative and strategic recommendations for recruitment programs, employer branding initiatives, and pipeline development.
