Director of Recruiting
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Recruiting to lead and oversee three key departments within our Recruiting division: Internal Recruiting, Direct Hire/Temp to Hire, and Professional Staffing. This leadership role is critical in shaping the direction of our talent acquisition strategy, driving performance across multiple teams, and ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement a unified recruiting strategy across all three departments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and team members to meet performance goals.
- Align recruiting operations with broader company objectives and workforce planning needs.
- Department Oversight
- Internal RecruitingDrive internal talent acquisition to support company growth and internal mobility.
- Direct Hire/Temp to HireOversee placement services that match top talent with client needs, focusing on long-term placements and contract-to-permanent conversions.
- Professional StaffingManage professional and executive-level recruitment services across various industries.
- Performance & Optimization
- Analyze KPIs across departments to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Streamline processes and leverage technology to maximize sourcing effectiveness and candidate experience.
- Collaboration & Client Engagement
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand staffing needs and ensure service delivery excellence.
- Represent the Recruiting department in leadership meetings, contributing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading multi-functional recruiting teams or divisions.
- Deep understanding of staffing and recruiting best practices across internal, temp-to-perm, and professional/executive search.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
- Experience working in a high-growth or agency/staffing environment is a plus.
