Position Overview

As the Director of Recruiting, you'll lead the sourcing and hiring of high-level talent for roles like Care Managers, Area Managers, and other senior positions, ensuring we attract the best to fuel our rapid growth. You'll focus on outbound headhunting and building relationships with local channels, while managing our remote team of 8 recruiters in Cebu, Philippines, to standardize processes and drive efficiency. This role is key in scaling our workforce like a high-performing franchise, using proactive strategies, metrics-driven insights, and innovative tools to build a top-tier team that upholds our promise of superior care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior roles, emphasizing outbound headhunting, strategic sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events, and relationship building with local talent channels.
  • Manage and mentor a remote team of 8 recruiters in Cebu, Philippines, aligning them on goals, tracking performance, and optimizing processes for consistency across locations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct interviews, and facilitate seamless onboarding, while tracking recruitment metrics to improve pipelines and diversity.
  • Develop and implement tech-enhanced recruitment tools, such as ATS integrations, to support scalable hiring in our fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in recruitment, with a proven track record making a living as a headhunter at a recruitment agency, focusing on mid-to-senior hires in healthcare or services.
  • Experience managing remote or international teams, with strong skills in outbound sourcing and relationship building.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools; excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
