BayMark Health Services – National Support Center (NSC)

BayMark Health Services is seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate to lead all lease-related functions and real estate strategy across our nationwide portfolio, including treatment centers, corporate offices, and the National Support Center. This role is ideal for a proven leader with deep expertise in commercial real estate, lease negotiations, and portfolio management—particularly in a multi-site or regulated industry environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, and new site acquisitions to secure favorable terms.
• Oversee lease tracking, extensions, and compliance to avoid operational disruptions.
• Manage site selection for new clinics, ensuring alignment with business goals and local regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with landlords and property managers, resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Insurance teams to ensure agreements support business objectives and mitigate risks.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate management, leasing, and negotiations.
• Proven success managing a multi-site lease portfolio; healthcare experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of real estate law, zoning regulations, and property management best practices.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
