We are seeking an entrepreneurial Director of Real Estate Growth & Partnerships to drive the expansion of our co-living and multifamily housing platform. This is a senior role focused on proactively growing our portfolio through strategic partnerships with landlords, developers, and investors, as well as spearheading new market entries and innovative initiatives. The ideal candidate is a real estate growth leader with in-depth industry knowledge, a robust network, and a proven track record of sourcing and closing deals. You will act as the face of our company in deal-making conversations, engaging landlords and developers as peers, and you'll collaborate internally to turn strategic growth ideas into reality. You'll engage with investors, sharing our growth vision and identifying opportunities for strategic investments that align with our expansion goals. This role is based in New York City (or willing to relocate) and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's trajectory.

What You'll Do

• Source and secure new partnerships with landlords, real estate developers, and property owners
• Identify and acquire smaller operators or strategic projects to accelerate growth
• Lead market expansion efforts into new cities, including site selection and partnership development
• Spearhead new company growth initiatives from concept to execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landlords, and developers
• Negotiate and close deals, from management agreements to joint ventures
• Monitor market trends and identify strategic opportunities for growth
• Support collaboration with investors by preparing growth materials and joining investor meetings
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational success for new projects

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in real estate business development, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals in multifamily, coliving, or proptech sectors
• Strong network of landlords, developers, and real estate investors
• Skilled in financial modeling, underwriting, and market analysis
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City
