Director of Radiology - TAL Healthcare : Job Details

Planning, directing, and supervising all technical aspects of the Radiology department Recommending equipment modifications and planning facilities and personnel needs Maintaining radiologic safety and ensuring compliance with JCAH, article 28, and other regulatory standards Developing and implementing programs to monitor quality and appropriateness of services rendered by the Radiology department Coordinating departmental purchasing, inventory management, and utilization of resources Representing the department at administrative conferences and acting on behalf of the Chairman as needed Requirements: Minimum formal education of Bachelor's Degree from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology Program ARRT registration or certification At least 5 years of experience as a Technologist, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity Experience in radiation oncology Knowledge of human growth and development Strong leadership and management skills Salary The posted range is not a guarantee.
